I'm kicking off my return with a #Rant on PRAYERS.
As a Christian I like to pray to God and thank him (or she ;) ) for everything He's given me, waking me up for another day, for the health or my friends and family. For strength. Occasionally I'll ask God to give me strength for something or help me use my talents to achieve my dreams. Which is fair enough don't you think ?
BUT I'm sick and I'm tired of people complaining their prayers ain't being answered, they wanna be famous but yet they do fuck all to get
it. They praying to God saying I WANT you to make me (for example) rich or famous etc.
If you pray to God for something, when you wake up you aren't magically going to be rich or be on the cover of FHM or on 'Forbes' Rich List'. If that does happen to you it's Juju man. God gives you opportunities to achieve the things you want too, God gives you signs, He gives you talent. If you do not take these opportunities God gives you, then that's YO PROBLEM !
With God ALL things are possible..
But sitting there praying all the time for yo'selfish needs ain't gonna get you what you want. You gotta WORK. God has woken you up today - OPPORTUNITY. Everyday is a new POSSIBILITY and a new OPPORTUNITY ! Use it ! With God all things are possible and achievable, you've just got to BELIEVE and Werrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrk !
Pray for God to give you strength, and belief while trying to achieve your dream, asking him for that extra push to make it possible with the God Given talent you have. Don't just cut off the call to God after saying 'I want to be famous help me God. Amen.' Answer God's calls when he tries to help you, pray for strength,belief, health so you can make your dreams come true, through God.
I mean if everyone who prayed that they were famous and God gave it to them with out them working for it or taking his signs and God, hell we'd all be famous and wouldn't APPRECIATE ALL THA GOD DOES FOR US!
OUR GOD IS GOOOOOOOD
That's just my opinion.
